Sharing with you the recipe of my favourite smoothie “Banana Flax Seed Smoothie”-

Ingredients-

2 jars Epigamia Natural Greek Yoghurt
1 Banana
1 tea spoon Flax seed powder
1 tea spoon raisins
A pinch of cinnamon
4-5 cubes of ice

Method-

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy
