You need :-

3 medium sized ripe blanched tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
7-8 cloves of Garlic

Salt to taste
1 tea spoon dried Mix herbs
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Juice of one lemon

Method

  • Boil the spaghetti in Water with a tea spoon of salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Boil till al-dente. Strain and keep aside.
  • Cut the the basa Fillet in chunks and poach them in water till soft
  • Add butter to a pan and add one tea spoon of oil
  • Add chopped Garlic and chopped Blanched Tomatoes and half the basil and herbs and juice of one lemon. Cook till the tomatoes are soft and the mix transforms into a thick sauce.
  • Add the fish and the remaining basil.
  • In a serving plate keep a ladleful of spaghetti and make a depression in the middle and add the fish in tomato sauce on top
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a dollop of butter on top and serve
