Episode- 4 Emily's@ Rokeby Manor-Where2 Eat in Mussouri wth Sam

Guys if you are in Mussourie, you cant miss a trip to Rokeby Manor and you can definitely not miss Emily's great food. Emily's - Sigh! By far my most favourite European cuisine fine dine restaurant in India. It was our anniversary dinner and we were in Mussourie to celebrate it and we decided to host the anniversary dinner for my sister and her husband at this luxurious 18th century British Bungalow Rokeby Manor, and this was the most perfect anniversary dinner ever.

Rokeby Manor was transformed into a hotel only in 2010, and was actually made in the early 19th century by the British and British architecture is at its best when one tours every nook and corner of this property.

Located near Lal Tibba the highest point in mussourie, this bungalow has the most breath taking view of the entire valley of Mussourie. And Emily's is on the Ist floor of the bungalow, right above the lobby. The restaurant is very warm and welcoming and takes you to a British country style cafe atmosphere. The restaurant decor is very cute and the ambiance is very warm. The walls have cute artefacts and paintings and they also have an open seating outside overlooking the valley and ah what a sight it is.

We were seated and the most courteous staff handed over the menus to us and this is what we enjoyed.

> Chicken ceaser salad - Classic Chicken Ceaser Salad, Awesome in taste and great in quantity - 4/5

> Loaded baked potatoes - filled with filled with vegetables, cheddar cheese, chicken and onions with molten cheese on top. They were ah so perfect, so cheezy and so yumm, I loved em 4.5/5

> Pesto Fusilli - with basil and parmesan, was the most perfect fusilli in pesto sauce ever. So creamy, so perfectly balanced pasto flavour. 5/5

> Spaghetti Alfredo - with Mushrooms and cheese sauce, was so so perfect, and the flavour of Mushrooms really complemented the flavour of the cheese sauce. 5/5

> Veg Lasagne - Spinich flavoured layed lasagne was so cheesy and perfect -5/5

> Chargrilled Chicken with Caramalized onions and Tomato Chutney - The chicken was so juicy, so perfectly cooked and so wonderful, it lifted my spirits and the tomato chutney really went well with the chicken 4/5

> New York Chocolate cake - Was the usual Chocolate truffle with vanilla ice cream, it was fantabulous, molten and delicious - 4.5/5

> Rokeby Sticky Toffee Pudding - I dont have words to define how divine this was in taste. A date cake tastes so great in the toffee pudding that I wanted to cry. I ran and complimented the chef for this great creation - 5/5

> Apple Pie- was just ok. I am not an apple pie person so this wasnt for me 2.5/5
