A one of its kind mini food cart, zymbli pleasantly surprises you and your taste buds. I was passing by and I saw the cart and realised that they have some very unique dishes on the menu unheard of at most big and well known south Indian restaurants. Not only that they prepare their food fresh and every thing gets sold out in a matter of a few hours.
I was intrigued to see that they had the kerala rice puttu and idiappam with korma - the 2 dishes you may not find even at the famous Sagar Ratna. They also have the usual idli sambhar and vada sambhar on the menu.
You can either stand and eat or order yourself a take away . So I got myself packed a plate of puttu both white rice and brown rice puttu and some idiappam with korma curry. The serving per portion is enough for one person and each dish is very competitively priced in a manner that wouldn't pinch ones pocket.
I have seen 3 carts of Zymbli across Gurgaon - One in South City-1 Market, the second in Sec 56 More Market and the 3rd one in the busy Sec -56 Huda Market. Have tasted food at 2 carts and the taste and quality is very consistent.
The food arrived home with me hot and fresh and everyone was appreciative of the taste and the quality. I strongly recommend the place. The only negative would be that they do not carry enough stock and most of the dishes are sold out only in the initial couple of hours so you need to be an early bird and catch the worm

Jaipur to me is almost my second home in the winters and for the last 3 years I have taken a trip to Jaipur every year. This year was no different only that I went to Jaipur in the month of June to celebrate my husband's birthday since it happened to be on a weekend.
I admire how the people in Jaipur enjoy eating out which has lead to some amazing cafe's and restaurants to mushroom in this city. Some of these places are better and comparable to any place in a metropolitan city like Delhi or Mumbai. Its even more interesting that even though one would imagine Jaipur to be a small town, it is most definitely not and the restaurateurs have ensured that the dishes they serve are in no way any less in taste, quality or ingredients as would be served in a restaurant of any metropolitan city. Tinderbox in Jaipur is one such cafe I visited during my last trip which left a lasting impression on my taste buds.
Located conveniently in the famous locality of C scheme in Jaipur, home to some of the finest cafe's & restaurants this cafe is small, yet colourful and exceeds your expectations. The ambience is very young, vibrant and lively with a typical cafe style ambience. The menu has influences from across the world and they have hand picked some of the most famous and popular dishes across cuisines. The pricing and the portion sizes are great too. The staff is very friendly and courteous and makes your meal a very memorable experience.
We were 4 of us and we visited to have a late lunch so we ordered the below -
1. Mango Smoothie - One of the yummiest fresh fruit smoothies I have had. Very thick and rich and tasty
2. Fresh Watermelon Juice - Oh I loved the way it was served in a scooped out Watermelon. Absolutely loved the presentation and the taste.
3. Veg Burger - My husband had this burger and said it was one of the best Veg burgers he has ever had.
4. Cheese Garlic Fries - My OMG moment and my first time tasting Garlic fries. Absolutely delectable and outstanding. Strong;y recommended must have at Tinderbox
5. Chilli Paneer Roll - Nice filling but the outer dough wrap covering was slightly raw
6. Veg Grilled Sandwich - Nicely grilled and crisp and yummilicious.
7. Fresh lime soda- refreshing
So if you live in Jaipur or travel to Jaipur like me, ensure you visit Tinderbox and you will be pleasantly surprised.

YES, I am serious when I am giving this place a rating of 5. And I am very miserly when it comes to rating restaurants. Jaipur was the last place where I expected to find this perfect little place which is so true to its name. This place surely is "Little Italy" so what if it is way too far geographically from the country itself. I was in Jaipur last month on a weekend trip and it was my husbands birthday dinner and am I glad or what that I chose this place for dinner. When I visit smaller cities I am always apprehensive about trying my hand at cuisines other than Indian since most places simply mess up your meal experience in an attempt to make their own desi version of a particular cuisine. But thank God "Little Italy" proved me wrong and my apprehensions of trying Italian in Jaipur did not come true. Located quite prominently in the posh C Scheme area in Jaipur Little Italy is a dream come true and a restaurant par excellence specialising in Italian Cuisine. Little Italy is one Gem that exists in Jaipur and has a number of outlets in other cities as well across the country. Sad that our city of New Delhi is by far deprived of its existence. But I surely hope that some day Little Italy does open its doors to our city as well. The place is huge with a very large seating capacity. It doesn't eventually matter than the ambience is very plain because the food experience is so over powering that there are no other distractions. The menu is very tastefully done with a great variety and dishes you wouldn't imagine would be on the menu. The pricing is very very competitive and the portion sizes of the dishes are fantabulous. We started with a glass of wine and ordered a lot of food - - Funghi Trifolati - Fresh Mushrooms nicely tossed in traditional Italian herbs and served with a delicately flavoured fresh garlic bread. The dish was killer and definitely a must have.- Insalta mista - A very refreshing salad with cucumber, lettuce, mozzarella, dressed in oregano flavoured olive oil. Rock star of a salad. - Sicilia Pizza - The mushrooms, pickled onions and sun dried tomatoes made this thin crust pizza superbly delicious. The great quality of the cheese did come out in this flavourful pizza. - Free State Pizza - The best 3 cheese pizza ever with Gouda, cheddar and miraj cheese topped with Olives. - Al Pesto Genovese - One of the best Pesto coated pasta's I have laid my hands on.- Crema di Avocado- I am an avocado fan. And this lemon flavoured Avocado dip served with bread is soul food personified. I recommend you give this dish a shot and you will convert. Guys this is one place you can absolutely not miss if you are visiting Jaipur or if you live in Jaipur and have missed it, its criminal.
