After a nightmarish ist experience at Jamies Pizzaria in Gurgaon I did dare to try Jamies Italian. Located near the food court at the ambiance Mall in vasant Kunj the place is quite lively and vibrant as compared to its sister brand Jamies Pizzaria.
The place was bustling with people since it was a busy saturday night. The place is huge. The menu here had borrowed some items from the Pizzaria and the vegetarian have very limited choices in the menu. So stuck to ordering a rainbow slaw salad; grilled avocado salad; aubergine bruschetta; vegetarian Fungi Pizza and a mug of Bira. The portion sizes are small but well so is the pricing which is decent.
The bruschetta was very colourful and tasted delicate and really really nice. The Avocado salad - Missable. The rainbow Slaw - just about ok. The showstopper this time however was the pizza with cheddar and mozarella they nailed it this time. I had a sad pizza experience at the Pizzaria last time but this time around the pizza with a garnish of rocket leaves on top was just fab.
