Geoffrey's - The British Pub with a difference - 4/5

This place was on my "bookmark" for like forever, so we finally decided to give it a try ! Geoffrey's boasts to be India's first and only authentic British pub. And if you have been to UK, you would know what I mean, because the ambiance is oh so British. It glistens with its Chic wooden interiors, walls decorated with artifacts from across Europe. It has all the British pub ingredients you would look for – long, wooden bar; brick walls; wood-enhanced ceiling – the decor is more modern and contemporary than probably you would find in an English Pub in Britain itself. In short- this place concentrates everything that one imagines when they say "England". Most of all I like its friendly and lively atmosphere but there definitely are many other things that Geoffrey’s offers. It has good choice of beer choice of whiskey’s and other spirits. And not only is it a great place to relax after work or for a perfect evening out with friends, it also has a great ambiance and offers great service. This is definitely a great place to hang out and beat the pants off a lot of the established pubs around.
Geoffrey’s offers an international menu, which also includes several nicely done British favorites too. Food is fabulous.  There is quite a selection of bar food and their take of it.  The appetizers are plentiful and are a great addition to your drink of choice. And the best part is, everything is so good, you want to try something else every time. That being said, this is a niche restaurant for traditional European pub food and some great items from world cuisine. Also I must mention the impeccable service.  Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, was happy to discuss the menu and provide recommendations. The serving sizes were great too. Very attentive and helpful wait staff. The bartender here makes amazing yummy unusual shots, and the food is very very tasty.
