Another Fine Day - Golf Course Road, Gurgaon - 3.5/5

I had plans to visit them over the new years eve of December 2015, but somehow it did not work out and destiny brought me to Another fine day 2 days ago. And I am glad that I finally got the chance to visit them. Another fine day is a cute little cafe and reading room and unless you know that this cafe really exists you will definitely never find out about it in your life time. They do not have a prominent signage on the road and the cafe is one of the lesser known places to people anyways so it's quite possible you have never seen or heard about it.

From the house of sidewok the famous Asian restaurant this cafe does justice to the name sidewok has earned for itself. I loved the ambiance of the cafe with tall bar seating and some nice comfy couches and chairs. The cafe is tastefully decorated with a huge book shelf in one corner and an open kitchen.

The menu is pretty brief and concise yet has elements across cuisines. The food tastes equally good and the portions are great too. The pricing of the menu is pretty decent as well. Tyey also have an all day breakfast with crepes and waffles if that attracts you. The service staff is prompt and attentive yet a little rough around the edges.

This is what we ordered: -

Fresh seasonal juice ---- ordered a fresh water melon juice and loved the fact that it was unadulterated. Full marks

Cheesy nachos veg ----- the nachos had everything but cheesy nachos had no cheese. May be they can redo the name and call them masala nachos instead.

Greek Salata wity Dill and yoghurt dressing --- great salad with huge portion. Definite a must have for calorie conscious people since the dressing is yoghurt based.

Hummus and pita ---- pita was nice but I have definitely had better hummus.

Over all a decent cafe that you can visit over a mug of beer and some bar food to catch up with ya friends.
