Spaghetti Kitchen - New Menu - 4/5

As one big glutton for Italian cuisine I just have to visit Spaghetti Kitchen every now and then to satisfy my Italian Cravings. I have been to this outlet a number of times and having eaten here before I was pretty excited having heard about their new Menu launch. What I love about this place the most is that one can enjoy some real delectable lip smacking food in a very unpretentious no-frills attached setting.

I must begin by complimenting the detailing in the décor. I think most places in or around Delhi cannot match them in most aspects whether it is the ingredients used in the food, the personalised service or even the lip smacking taste of each dish. Love the ambiance and the open kitchen where one can overlook the pizza's are they are being rolled and baked. The place has a decent number of covers and large enough to accommodate atleast 60 covers or may be even more.

The food exceeds your expectations in terms of taste and flavour. The menu really turns out to be a winner and takes you to a typical Italian cafe setting where you can sit and sip your Sangria or a Margarita and enjoy your deep dish pizza or a sea food platter. I simply love the use of fresh ingredients in all the dishes where it is some amazingly cheesy Gouda, cheddar, brie or even their freshly made pasta's. Spaghetti Kitchen is a Italian cuisine lovers Paradise where one can pair some awesome food with some refreshing Sangria's or some freshly made fruity Margarita's. You can even get  a bespoke cocktail made for yourself and the Bartender is sweet enough to accommodate all your requests.

Service is so personalised and top notch. Both the Manager and the chef besides your servers ensure they visit your table every once in a while and check with you if you are comfortable and are having a great time. Man, one really feels pampered.

The new menu is sure to be a feast for your senses, it will satisfy your gut and satiate your soul. The new menu aims at doing something different and breaking tradition and rising well beyond  the usual dishes one associates Italian food with - whether it is pastas or thin crust pizzas. The menu features a variety of antipasti and one can pick and choose from their delectable bouquet of cold antipasti made of juicy bell peppers wrapped in a delightful recipe of cheese and herbs, and scrumptious hot antipasti made of spiced cottage cheese and cheddar squares on a hot plate.

A large number of freshly baked bread dishes have also been introduced and bread lovers like me can opt from the Char Grilled Flat Bread, Pancetta Genoa and Pancetta Venitian. These amazing range of breads are served with some amazing dips and sauces that complement the breads really well.

An awesome variety of main course awaits you too besides the antipasti and breads. One can chooese from Involtini Pollo Lucania, Pork Chops Pinacle, Cottage Cheese Umbria, and a variety of impeccable pizzas, pastas and risottos.

The menu impresses the dessert lovers too. The ones with a sweet tooth can dig into the decadent Chocolate Bomb, Tiramisu and Baked Cheese Cake.  I sure did dig into the Tiramisu and got lost in its smoothness.

Spaghetti Kitchen is such a feel good place and the minute you enter you are greeted with some fresh baked breads and sauces and some freshly made dips. The new menu was presented to us and I was enchanted while I was busy reading the drooling descriptions of the dishes. Every dish is beautifully presented and is a delight to have.
