Abbey Road Pub & Kitchen- DLF Cyber City 3/5

There are some places that happen to you by Serendipity and Abbey road was one such place where we visited by chance and were happy that the visit turned out surprisingly well. Abbey road is a place in London and as the name suggests the restaurant's theme is London based and dedicated especially to the famous English band Beatles. We were in DLF Cyber hub on a Friday evening and most places were full so we decided to pay this place a visit, since we did not have any more lucrative options, and I am so glad the place happened to us by chance.

As soon as we entered we were greeted to the very Modern English ambiance. There is fancy neon lighting everywhere and they do play some really awesome music. The place has a great feel and an overall great atmosphere which is somehow addictive which ensures you have a great time.

The restaurant has everything linked to London and to Beatles - Whether it is the pictures on the walls, the salt and pepper shakers, the menu and even the cushions and tables. There is a huge bar counter in the middle of a restaurant and they have very cute seating in the shape of vespa skooters which by the way look really stunning.

The Menu has loads of options to choose from right from the obvious traditional English breakfast, my favorite Shepard's pie to some Indian favorites too. They have a decent Bar menu too and the alcohol is very reasonably priced as compared to other places in Cyber hub and the food is pretty decent too.

Service is decent too, staff is pretty polite, but the timing of dishes may be a little haywire. We were a bunch of 5 and including food and drinks the damage was only 1000 bucks per head, which is not bad considering that we were in the middle of cuber hub.

Coming down to what we ate, this is what we had.

. Old School Basil Flavored Popcorn - The popcorn was buttered and everything and tasted good though it didn't taste of Basil as the name suggested. My rating 3.5/5

. Grilled Mushroom with Feta & Tomato Basil Brushetta's - Loved them. Very fresh and flavorful. My rating 4/5

. The Ultimate Loaded Nacho's - Nice, but would have had more topping. My rating 3/5

. Cheese Filled Lentil Kebab's - Very Average and not quite cheesy though. My rating 3/5

. Shakahari Burger Sliders - Cute little veggie burgers which taste nice too. My rating 3/5

. Cheese Fries - Nice and cheesy fries just the way I like them. My rating 4/5

. Shandy & When I am sixteen - Nice refreshing Cocktails that really get you going. My rating 4/5
