FreshMenu.com - A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

 

A very disappointed first experience with FreshMenu ordered for the first time and got delivered about 35 mins late than the promised time. To top it all the food was ice cold. I know delhi winters can be cold but what happened to delivering food hot to the paying customer. To top it all they failed to deliver on taste. The picture on the website is far more appealing than what got delivered. Well obviously! The portion was quite sad and felt like eating dry plain rice mixed with exactly 1 piece of broccoli, 2 pieces of zucchini , one piece red and one piece green pepper and ofcourse one string of french bean and not to forget half a fist full of sweet corn. 

They are fooling people in broad day light. The pictures and portion sizes on their website do not match what you get . And that is very disappointing. I understand you need to make profits but cutting portions just because you are offering a low pricing is stupid. A person orders for himself thinking one portion would be enough, but the meagre portion size leaves you hungry especially when the order has been delivered late. The description also said sour cream but I guess it evaporated leaving a minute trace on top. DISAPPOINTING beyond comprehension. Will not recommend and will probably never order again !!! Or may be because pricing is low one should expect itna paisa mein itna ich milega
