It was quite a night. One night where like minded foodies ate their hearts out. This night was about fun, this night was about food and this night was about foodie friends. They say opposites attract but I am glad we all are the same poles of a magnet and quite strangely we attract each other too. I think it's us - TDFc who defy the laws of Physics. We believe in a different science - The science of food, or should I say the science of the love of food. We look for every single opportunity we get to meet up and do what we do best - Eat. After all "We live to Eat".
I hadn't had the opportunity to be a part of the Palate fest in 2014, so I was determined I will not miss this one. And I am glad I did not miss this one. The fest lived up to its hype and exceeded my expectations. Loved the live music, the warm vibe and the over all atmosphere which was intoxicating. We were all high. Yes high on Food, and in a way that made us high on life.
We had the lesser known names this time at the fest, but they had their USP's too. Hyderabad house swept us off our feet with the Sikhampur Kebab's, the Haleem and the Biryani. Royal China was mind blowing with the awesome dimsum collection. And the greatest I guess were Fat Lulu's Pizza's because they vanished from our tables in no time.
Guys loads of nice places to check out............2 more days. Those who missed, you have the opportunity, make the most of it.
