Sam's Recipe - Pan-seared Sole fillet with lemon butter garlic herb sauce


This is Sam's recipe of a pan seared fish with a home made lemon Butter Garlic herb sauce. 

The dish has some salad greens and sauteed mushrooms as accompaniments. 

I simply loved this recipe and I am sure u will love it too. :) Its simple, its easy and its real healthy and quick.

Step - 1 ---For Salad greens - Chop some fresh Lettuce





Step - 2 ---You need olives, gherkins, capers and Jalapeneos





Step -3 ---Chop some Jalapeneos





Step - 4 ---Chop some Gherkins





Step - 5 ---Chop some Pitted Olives





Step - 6 ---1 tspn Chilli flakes & 1-2 tspn mixed herbs to be added to all chopped veggies





Step - 7 --Beat some fresh cream 





Step - 8- Add the cream to the salad greens, mix well and your salad is ready 







Step - 9 ---Chop some fresh Mushrooms, wash and add to a pan with very little oil 





Step -10 --saute for 5 mins and add oregano; and your mushrooms are ready, remove and keep aside




Step - 11 ---wash a boneless sole fillet; marinate with pepper and very little salt for about half hour





Step - 12 ---put some oil on a pan and put the fillet on the pan; cook on both sides will golden brown






Step - 13 ---Melt about 3 tablespoons of butter, add 2 cloves garlic, pepper, mixed herbs 




Step - 14 ---take a lemon and take out the juice





Step - 15 --- mix the lemon juice in the butter garlic mixture and boil for 2 mins





Step - 16 ---put salad greens and mushrooms in a plate 





Step - 17 --- Put the sole fillet on the plate





Step - 18 ---pour the sauce on the sole fillet
